Project Scope
- Conversion of a 15,000 sq. ft. office building into a retail warehouse, including a 1,700 sq. ft. addition at the rear
- Construction of a new loading dock and removal of approximately 75% of the second floo
- Modifications to the existing steel structure, with sections cut and the roof structure raised by four metres to accommodate the new design requirements
