Project Scope

• The HRPS 1 District Facility is a two-storey post-disaster building with a basement, covering approximately 62,000 sq. ft.
• The site includes parking for 320 vehicles, a garbage enclosure, staff patio, and perimeter landscaping with parking lot islands.
• The project scope included site servicing, parking lot and landscaping, and new entrances from Steeles Avenue.
• This includes mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, fire alarm and other systems, as well as interior fit-out for police operations, communications, audio-visual and security were also completed as part of the construction.
