Project Scope

• New near-carbon-neutral recreation facility designed to serve as a vibrant community hub.
• The development features a modern arena, flexible programming spaces, an indoor track and a dedicated public art area. A geothermal heating and cooling system allows the facility to operate without natural gas, supporting the municipality’s sustainability goals.
• The project also includes extensive park redevelopment, featuring a new ball diamond with irrigation and drainage systems, accessible dugouts with players’ benches, an accessible spectator area with bleachers, a children’s natural play area with shade structures, new parking facilities, site servicing, landscaping and other supporting infrastructure.
