Project Scope

• This seven-storey steel-framed building, constructed with hollow core slabs, is prominently situated at a busy intersection in downtown London.
• The exterior showcases a contemporary blend of aluminum composite panels, curtainwall glazing, fibre cement panels and brick veneer.
• The ground floor features essential support spaces, including storage areas, a basement level and an electrical room.
• The second floor houses administrative and support functions, including meeting rooms, the Career Services office, a Business Liaison room, and offices for CICY and JPSI.
• The third through seventh floors are dedicated to residential use, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
