Project Scope

• Introducing a new state-of-the-art two-storey elementary school, encompassing approximately 60,820 square feet of innovative design and modern construction. This facility features a robust structural steel frame complemented by durable masonry and, ensuring both safety and longevity.
• The project includes extensive site work, enhancing the overall accessibility and functionality of the campus. Thoughtfully designed parking areas, well-planned driveways, and beautifully landscaped surroundings create a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors alike. This new educational space is poised to inspire and support the next generation of learners.
• Started in June 2022, the project was ready for students to attend classes by September 5, 2024.
